Customer Success Manager

Summary

We’re looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

We do this by empowering professionals and teams with our powerful SaaS platform and our revolutionary technology, to streamline processes and data management, and apply the full potential of data insights and information analytics.

With a growing base of clients in Europe, US and Latin America, APlanet already helps more than 100 organisations to manage their sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the customer base of the company’s products, in Spain, other European Countries, US, Latin America, and upcoming markets.
  2. Coordinate the activities of the team of CS Account Managers and lead the hiring of new members of this team.
  3. Be responsible for performance defining and following a set of CS metrics, for clients in Spain and internationally, including new markets.
  4. Ensure the definition and implementation of high level onboarding processes within the company´s base of clients.
  5. Monitor the evolution of clients in managing their ESG information and processes with the use of APlanet services. 
  6. Ensure the CS team manages and actively engage in client services, presenting opportunities in the “onboarding” and “ongoing” of the platform.
  7. Support the development of strategies and processes to enhance the company’s structure for its growing base of customers and partners.
  8. Develop regular reports on the client´s status. 

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Customer Success metrics and experience in measurement processes, metrics analysis and decision-making based on them.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or B2B SaaS companies. Interest in technology products and technology innovation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to deal with internal teams and customers. 
  • Ownership, obsession for providing the greatest possible value to customers and having happy users.
  • A high level of English is required, and experience in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, others) is a plus.
  • A person with high motivation, who likes our mission and our way of working.
