Summary

We’re looking for a talented People Specialist to join our growing team. 

APlanet is an award-winning startup on a mission to help organisations manage and improve their sustainability performance. We do this by empowering sustainability and CSR professionals and teams with innovative software tools that allow them to increase the social and environmental value their organisations bring to society.

You will be part of the Product and Technology to bring to life stunning products that solve needs and provide value to our customers.

You will have a unique opportunity to work with top professionals within an emerging sector that is here to stay.

What you will do

  • Search for the best profiles for APlanet. Identify talent in the market proactively, anticipating candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Advise, accompany and train the team involved in the selection processes with best practices, feedback, criteria and processes.
  • Put in place communication processes and tools, to ensure that we maintain our culture and values at APlanet, and that as we grow we continue to be a place where people love to work and where they develop their careers.
  • Develop trusting relationships with the whole team, leading meetings with each area to identify potential needs.
  • Represent APlanet in external and internal actions related to the search for talent or culture building.

  • Experience in talent acquisition and management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment and ownership. Someone who is autonomous in their decision-making and with leadership skills to guide a team.
  • Experience working on tech companies or startups will be a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian or French will be a plus.
