TNFD & SEC Guide

The ESG regulatory landscape has had two landmarks that will have an impact on the planet and future of finance. To protect investors and nature alike, in 2022 the two main events that will chart the future of finance are: the ruling of the The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the birth of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).

  • The SEC ruling improves and increase disclosure requirements of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and climate-related risks for public companies.
  • The TNFD framework aims to combat Nature Loss by providing companies with a common language for assessing, managing and disclosing nature loss risks and opportunities.
