We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our CS team, and help us continue to deliver value to our customers and help them achieve their impact objectives with APLANET.

What we look for:

  • Experience in Customer Success or Customer Support teams, having had direct contact with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with customers and with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, ownership.
  • Obsession for metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • High knowledge of Spanish is required, both spoken and written. Candidates with a high level of Italian and/or French, both spoken and written, will be prioritized. English will be a plus.
  • Experience in ESG/Sustainability companies or projects is an asset, although not a prerequisite.

Main tasks:

  • Manage a set of APLANET customer accounts.
  • Conduct meetings with those customers, as part of their onboarding, to capture their needs for configuration of their accounts for a better experience with APLANET.
  • Perform these configuration tasks on the accounts.
  • Establishing, measuring, tracking and reporting KPIs for success in the onboarding and activation of customers’ accounts.
  • Actively track accounts once onboarding is completed and customers become active in using the APLANET platform.
  • This is a role with ample growth possibilities, as Customers Success is a department in continuous evolution and growth in APLANET.
