FINANCE & PAYROLL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a talented Finance and HR Assistant to join our growing team.

With a growing base of clients in Europe, US and Latin America, APlanet already helps more than 100 organisations to manage their sustainability.

Key responsibilities

As a Finance and HR Assistant you will work closely with the CFO and Legal Director to support our fast-growing business in multiple geographies.

As such, your main responsibilities will focus on:

  • Support the CFO in the bank reconciliation and monthly accounting closing process.
  • Support in investment rounds and in the annual audit. 
  • Management, supervision and coordination with external suppliers in the preparation and presentation of files for public funding and subsidies.
  • Management of personnel and payroll, registrations, cancellations and SEPE contracts. 
  • Timetable control, holiday management, leave and absences. 
  • Management of the HR platform.
  • Documentation management, organisation and filing of the documentation generated in the different internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management or similar (technical accounting qualification would be an asset).
  • Previous experience in a finance/accounting/payroll position would be preferable 
  • Proficient in Excel and office suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages are an advantage!
