Product Manager

 

Summary

We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing team. 

APlanet is an award-winning startup on a mission to help organisations manage and improve their sustainability performance. We do this by empowering sustainability and CSR professionals and teams with innovative software tools that allow them to increase the social and environmental value their organisations bring to society.

You’ll be working hand-in-hand with Product and Technology teams in defining and bringing to market the finest tech products for our customers.

What you will do

You will collaborate with the Product and Technology teams, and interact across all business functions in order to bring to life stunning products that solve our customers’ problems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the development of our products. You will have a key role in defining the product strategy and vision.
  • Make things happen. As PM you will be at the heart of APlanet, leading teams and coordinating to ensure we deliver solutions that our customers love.
  • Defining clear and actionable metrics for guidance and analysis.
  • Keeping up to date with what happens in our market and bringing product development best practices to the team.
  • Close collaboration with our Customer Success team. You will engage with customers, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to keep us aligned with where we bring the most value.
  • Managing a team and making sure they are committed to our vision as a company.
  • Show the world what we do.

What we are looking for

APlanet is a team of the best professionals in each area, with a shared passion for applying what we do best to help organisations create positive social and environmental impact.

  • Strong product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products. Experience leading all product phases. 
  • Love for tech and product design. 
  • Someone with enough ambition to turn APlanet into a reference in Product and Technology. 
  • Commitment and ownership. Someone who is autonomous in their decision-making and with leadership skills to guide a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with our clients as well as with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience and knowledge in Sustainability and ESG will be a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian or French will be a plus.
